plastic kenzan

Your ikebana teacher probably told you that the kenzan should not be readily seen in your arrangement.  Now, you have a kenzan you can use even with glass containers!  It is a transparent kenzan made from strong polycarbonate plastic.  It is beautiful enough to be seen.    Needless to say, they are useful not only with ikebana but other types of flower arranging as well.    All our plastic kenzan are made in Japan.

1. Comes with a suction cup underneath to provide stability.*
   

2. Comes with copper** plate (except for SS size) for extended flower life and easy cleaning.
   

3. Recommended for use with flowering stems only.
   

* We recommend that you push the suction cup in when kenzan is underwater.

**Copper is a natural fungicide and bactericide that will help extend the life of your flowers.  The removable copper plate makes it easy to clean the kenzan of debris that may collect between the pins (see photos below.)
