10 calendar days from purchase date: Cash return OK.

11-30 calendar days from purchase date: Exchange for other merchandise only.

Beyond 30 calendar days from purchase date: Returns not accepted.

Conditions:

All returned items must be accompanied by receipt.

All returned items must be undamaged and unused, with packaging/labelling intact. We reserve the right to reject any merchandise deemed not good enough for future sale due to damage, ruined packaging, etc. 

Exceptions: Returns not accepted for discounted items, fresh flower arrangements, incense, tea & food items.
