Pressed Flower Greeting Cards

...featuring the wildflowers of Nova Scotia.


Nova Scotia winters last so long that when spring and summer finally arrive we become ecstatic.  Flowers bloom everywhere...we walk a lot of trails and pick up blooms that we like.  We dry and press them; then we arrange them with a little ikebana flair.  The flowers are laminated to seal in the freshness and minimize exposure to humidity and oxidants. Then, we make them into greeting cards using high quality stock (acid and lignin free) and smooth Japanese paper on the inside.  We left the cards blank...ready for you to share both the flowers and your personal message to that special someone.
